The product WAS awesome initially. The layout is most excellent except one minor detail. If you have large max iPhone your thumbs will be ever so slightly up against the phone. If the phone slide went about just 1/4” more it would be absolutely perfect. So why the two star review. After charging and recharging and recharging it’s draining at about 1.5 percent per minute which is getting worse cause it started at 1 percent per minute. Also it won’t now charge to hundred percent. If it’s open and on while charging it still drains faster than it can charge. I’ve factory reset it three times I’ve tried everything. If this battery drain is correct don’t buy. If it’s not correct and they fix it quick well then it’s back to great product rather than a headache. Bad QC for sure though. Hope it’s just a bad experience and not the way supposed to act or this will go into the send back and regret file. If

Fantastic product. It fits comfortably in my hands although its a little top heavy for the obvious reason! Button placement feels great and the detachable phone mount is perfect for airplane use. I definitely would recommend this for the avid or casual gamer.

I love the controller but sometimes when im playing games it loses connection idk if its just my phone which wouldn’t surprise me or the MCON device but besides the once in a blue moon disconnect its been basically flawless. It’s comfortable to hold for long periods and that usually isnt a possibility for me bc of carpal tunnel, it has no visible delay when playing games, it connects easy and fast, and you can use it on basically any phone including androids and its compact and light so its not a burden to carry in my pocket wherever i want. So if you play mobile games like Cod mobile, warframe, diablo, etc. i would highly recommend this product!
