Dry Aged Beef Porterhouse Steak

I dream of that porterhouse steak from Creamery Creek. It was so tender and flavorful. One of the best steaks I've made and better than any restaurant steak I've had in a long time. Having good quality product makes all the difference. All the steaks I've received from Creamery Creek have been far superior than anything I've gotten from a grocer.

Actually,I needed a quick present for a birthday of a grown godchild. This porterhouse was the perfect gift. So I will hear later how it tasted. But all the steaks we have had, I can use a butter knife to slice off a piece, so deliciously tender! Thank you Creamer Creek waiting the 21 days for perfection.
