The Hume Pod Upgrade.

Love it but the hume band stop working 6 months after purchasing it and wont connect to my phone and can't contact anyone from the company left emails after emails and asked for them to call me or email me no response very unhappy for how much i pay for it and it stop working only 6 months after purchasing, it i'm just afraid that my Hume scale, it's going to do the same thing. When it was working properly was the best thing I got, now reconsidering. That it might be a poor investment. That I took a chance only to get my health back on track. This is the error message that is giving me the picture
