I started taking this supplement to help kick start my thyroid. My energy levels are increasing slowly but surely, the fatigue is not as draining and I’m generally feeling much better. Ordered one bottle as was skeptical & thought a bit expensive, needless to say ive recently ordered 6 more, Its not a BOOM what was that product, more a gentle steady improvement in how i felt, im just finishing the 1st bottle, so am expecting to feel even better with longer term use, definately recommend
