Clean plant sterols 95% Phytosterol

Just thought I would share as this is the first time I have ordered plant sterols …. early days as yet as only just started them - have had the clean colllagen for around 12 months now and they are fantastic for nail and hair support - British supplements are the best I truly believe so I am surely confident that these sterols will be as well - thank you 😊

2 months in!

Started taking these as my GP wanted me to take statins for my 5.7 cholesterol reading. Apparently it takes 4 to 6 months before any change can be seen. I will be interested to see what my next blood test shows.

I think it’s about 7/8 years now that I have been a regular customer of B.S. I have nothing but praise for Chris and Co , producing 1st class supplements minus any awful fillers, amazing 24 hr delivery and a web site that’s informative and helpful. I am in my late 80s, no medical,problems , though cancer 8 yrs ago, on zero meds , just BS supplements of my choice : Resveratrol, D3K2,Collagen, Lungwort,Magnesium, Plant Sterols and in the winter Nat.Vit C and sometimes Silica. I’m unsure what they all do individually ! but clearly they keep me in very good active form for which I am truly indebted. I would Never consider buying elsewhere.
