Sleep like a baby

I've long had a magnesium supplement on my radar, but finally took the plunge to order some about 10 days ago. I'd expected I'd have to take them for a few days, maybe a week, for the effect to kick in. To say that I was blown away after sleeping like a baby the first night is an understatement. Not every night has been as good as that - but not far off. These are definitely going to be a regular item for me from now on, that's for sure.

I realise that Magnesium is necessary for many reasons, I initially started it for help with sleep, and I so noticed the difference if I ran out. However the ordering and delivery service is exemplary and one need never to run out.
