So very disappointed! We a set of the Made In stainless and love them. I bought the carbon pans expecting them to be easier to cook eggs without sticking. Unfortunately, even after following directions, the stuck on food was impossible to remove and my pan looks and performs terribly after the first use. Im now starting from scratch to try and reseason but these pans are a huge disappointment.
