On my hunt for Perfect Plumeria

I genuinely don’t know if I’m 100% on this fragrance yet. I have been on a hunt for the perfect Frangipani/ Plumeria fragrance since I started my journey. This is the purest oil mix I’ve smelled. With sweet hints of growling summer florals and ginger. The first sniff I took of this was cake: let it sit for a week. This is closer to the yellow/ plumeria flowers than the reds, so points for that. I found this fragrance surfing through Reddit as someone had noted it as one of the truest Plumerias. I think it definitely smells like a day blooming white/ yellow floral. That doesn’t go Ylang or Jasmine necessarily: It’s more like a sweet lemon meringue frosting. To me, plumeria is more of a Jasmine Sambac/ spiced fragrance with a refreshing bite- I’m not find that here. It is a wonderful summer/spring fragrance that I will find myself wearing. Comparing this to some of my other plumeria fragrances, it does not ring a familiar tone. Unfortunately I’m getting very particular about my true florals and Animalics. Still an exceptional addition to my summer collection of fragrances, but not a true plumeria for me personally.

Very ginger foward. If you like ginger, youll love this. In my opinion, Ginger is a very divisive note. This is very well blended but I don’t love ginger as a top note which this has. However, I don’t think this smells bad in any way it just has a note that I don’t personally like because so far every scent I’ve tried from Samar is a work of art

All of the scents are amazing! I mostly wear the grove is in the heart, but wanted something floral for days I’m feeling flowery and great lei is perfect!!
