This blackberry perfume lives up to the reviews! I was nervous blind buying the large bottle, but I need not have worried, it's so worth it. It has a lovely tart, yet sweet, smell, I'm happy I added it to my collection. It's also great for layering, I've used it with both a woodsy forest scent and a vanilla. Also, if you have any issues or questions at all, Rich is on the ball, great customer service.

Highly recommended online for a reason - A gorgeous fruity perfume. Its not too sweet and has a very slight sour, unripe-ness to the blackberry. The blend is complex and the sandalwood keeps it grounded. I’ll definitely full size this with my next order!

Wow! Rich does such amazing work with fruit notes. I've never picked fresh blackberries, but Blackberry Heartwood is what I imagine a fresh blackberry bush to smell like on a warm summer day. The sweetness of the blackberry is balanced by a tart, citrusy green note that reads to me like the leafy portion of a blackberry bush. The oil's longevity is about 4 hours on me and stays fairly linear (tart, fruity, and fresh!) until after the 2-3 hour mark. This is one of my favorite fruit fragrances as someone who tends to gravitate towards vanillas and musks :)
