This is a great electrolyte powder! It’s yummy, not too sweet, fully dissolves in water, and keeps me hydrated after workouts. I had been drinking a lot of bottled Pocari but decided to try the powder to save money and reduce waste. One thing to note is that it tastes slightly less concentrated than the bottle version when mixing it according to the package instruction so you might have to experiment with the water to powder ratio.
