Tour Grade String Changing Kit

I am a semi-retired guitar tech. My days of months long bus tours of the world are over though I still do occasional runs with one artist. For that matter, I'm heading out tomorrow for a two-weekend run. In this case, I am flying and don't need a full tech set up. I pack the basic required tools and thus, was intrigued by this product. What you get is a plastic case that opens into a guitar neck support which is kind of cool. Inside is a string cutter and a string winder. The cutter is definitely good quality, and the winder has a built-in pin puller for acoustic guitars. My only complaint is the price. Considering the case/stand can easily be replaced by a rolled-up towel, or maybe not even needed, you're paying over $50 for a small wire cutter and a plastic string winder. If its price was reduced to $25, it would still be somewhat expensive for what you are getting but it would be easier to justify the purchase. Other than the very high price, I like it.

Coolest tool in the tech-box! I can even put it in a pocket. I wasn't expecting the winder to have a built in bridge pin puller. Super useful and super cool kit!
