Dry Aged Beef Tenderloin - Filet Mignon

These steaks were SO tender and delicious!! My sons have sophisticated palettes, and they praised the steaks. Definitely will order again.

I am a repeat buyer. I prepare them simply -- salt and pepper, sear in a cast iron pan, and roast to 125 degrees for four minutes, turn and baste in herb butter and leave in over to 135. You cannot hide lack of quality and flavor with this kind of process. Your products never lack quality and flavor.

The Filet Mignon is extremely tender and delicious. What an amazing treat on special occasions.
