A Little Extra Help for My Collagen

I take these supplements alongside Zooki’s Cherry Super Collagen and they’re really easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I like that the liposomal format is designed to support absorption, and taking vitamin C alongside collagen makes sense to me as part of the same routine. The capsules are easy to take, I’ve had no issues with them and I’m very happy to keep using them. I can’t say I’ve noticed a dramatic change in energy, but I do like knowing I’m supporting my vitamin C intake consistently.
