The company seems great! They are so helpful when I received the damaged order through Amazon. Unfortunately, the product is not for my colour processed, naturally curly, 56 year-old very long hair. I am sorry to report, because I really wanted to support their mission! I have hesrd from friends with short straight (easier) hair that it is a great product.
