What's to say. Simply... Love my Titan chiller and the customer service. Victor contacted me reference my order and explained the benefits of the chillers optional UV and operational app to manage. 100 percent worth it in sanitation, power savings and convenience. I shopped chillers for 3 months before buying Titan. Do not regret my purchase in any way. Buy Titan... you won't regret your decision either.

Installation wasn't very hard. Instructions were straight forward. Only issue I had was with the filter housing. Took a while to fill with water to get the water flowing well. But, it has been working since. I've enjoyed my plunges. Started at 63 degrees to get my bearings. Next week should be below 60 degrees.

Great customer service, works very well with my plunge. Keeps at desired temp even in extremely hot and humid weather.
