1/3 HP Water Chiller

Product is cheap. Both fans died 3 months in. Customer service was almost nonexistent. I paid $100 to ship it back to them. It took them a month and a half to fix and send back. By that time it was fall/winter in minnesota and its didnt have to hardly run to keep water cold. Back into summer now its been exactly a year and one of the two fans they replaced has died.And they cannot help me at all but to sell me a new chiller. And ive asked to speak to someone directly with no answers back. They must know how terrible their product is if they cant even reply. Like i would want another cheap quality anything from this company. It struggled to keep water cold even in mid 70 degree days here in minnesota so i can only imagine how poor this does in the southern states. I would give it zero stars if i could.

Bought from Quebec, Canada and received it next week with no additional customs fees! Good service and follow-up. Everything seems to work well. In less than two hours my water was set!

The chiller and the connection tubes were easy to install and works great on getting the temperature down to where I need it. After setup I had to contact customer support for I had a few questions about how the app and chiller works. Josh was very helpful and answered every question I asked him. Thank you for a great product and customer support!
