Ultra X2 Chiller

Quality is great on this product. Chiller is disappointing thought take many hours to cool the water down everytime i want to use it. The water temp rises and falls unexpectedly and isnt able to keep water at temp while using products

Ever since I’ve started using the housing filter, the chiller hasn’t been able to produce a set temperature for the cold plunge. I would like to get all of my money back for all of these housing filters, cause I’ve had an issue since I’ve ordered them with you I’m not even sure if the chiller itself is also working 100% as well.
