Manolytes Daily Electrolytes

The flavor is great and it mixes well with water. I usually take a daily scoop of it around noon and it helps me stay focused and steady the rest of the day. I'll take another scoop before a workout and it helps throughout the course of the workout. I've used it for 3 weeks and I don't feel as bloated as I used to be on other brands of creatine.

So far so good, gives a nice jolt of energy in the morning to get me motivated for the rest of the day. The start is always the hardest and this really gets me going first thing in the am.

Not sure if its just a mental thing, but this stuff felt like it started working on day 2! Im very impressed! Only been using it for a week so we’ll see if their claims are true! So far so good!
