Essential Mineral Mix Lemon

I’ve got to be honest when I first tasted it I wasn’t thrilled. I was very used to this other electrolyte drink that tasted more like Kool-Aid, which turned out to have some natural flavors and other questionable ingredients. It really only took about two days before I started really enjoying the flavor of Source and honestly craving it in my water. I fill up my 32 ounce bottle and sip on that until it’s done for the first half of my day. I’ve only had the lemon juice Source so far and it’s good! I’m reading this back to myself and it sounds like I was paid to say this or it was made up, but I’m being totally honest.

It seems to be working pretty good , i ride bikes and golf a lot . So when I golf ive noticed that i dont feel drained and out of energy by the 16 hole . Plus i can sleeep all night . Other products put stimulates in their product . Thanks !! Seems to be working

Overall I think it's a decent product. I like that I feel hydrated after drinking it but for the most part I do see much of a benefit over adding Celtic Salt to my water. The flavors are minimal and the salt doesn't dissolve 100%. I don't think the price point truly provides enough value over my traditional Celtic Salt water. Granted I'm also getting Magnesium and Potassium from my other supplements as well but I don't see this as an adequate replacement for the ones I'm used to. It works well but the flavor is minimal.
