Essential Mineral Mix Lemon

The new Lemon flavor is perfect. Not overpowering. Makes it more enjoyable to drink. The research on the ingredients used is amazing. The owners are transparent in what and why they use an ingredient. Makes me feel I'm putting something healthy into my body. Gets me drinking more water.

I have busy schedules as I work on a Golf course in Hawaii where humidity can get high at times. I run 3 days a week and I do shoreline fishing a couple times a week. So my body really needs the proper hydration and I really do feel great after taking Source once a day. I’m tried other brands and it doesn’t seem to deliver the same results as Source. After using other hydration powders it took some getting used to. In this world we’re so used to sweet sweet. I’m very glad of the no sugar in Source! I definitely could tell a difference using Source compared to other brands in how I feel after drinking it! I did the recommended one scope at first then went to three. I have since settled with 2 scoops for me. I only wish there were more flavor options.
