Replacement Cap is Terrific

I had dropped and damaged the cap on my Rockwell 6C razor. I ordered the replacement and it was perfect. Fast delivery too! Rockwell, well ROCKS!!!

Its better now

I had complained of inconsistent performance with my razor and it was determined that the cap and plate were machined slightly out of tolerance which allowed the blade to set off center and/or crooked. You sent me a new plate and a new cap and I am surprised at the difference it made. Honestly I didn't expect it make as much of a difference as it has. I had a low opinion of my Rockwell razor before but now I have to say I like shaving with it much more than I used to. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.
