Blackbird Titanium

The Blackbird Ti is a fantastic razor, as many have attested. After adjusting to it, I find “lightly riding the cap” prevents any blade digging when going XTG (or ATG). With the Lite plate, I can go for BBS and still have virtually no irritation. I rarely have weepers and never get cut. As long as the lather is kept well hydrated, the Lite plate doesn’t plug even with multiple days growth. Love the awesome shaves.

I have been shaving with safety razors for more than 15 years. The titanium Blackbird has become my favorite and every day razor. I bought a stainless Blackbird about a month and half, two months ago. I bought the titanium version recently and love it. It's now my every day razor and the stainless one will be a travel razor. I can't recommend it enough. Great razor!

1st shave with the 'TiBird'.. smooth, efficient and not at all menacing, despite the obvious blade feel.. getting more familiar with how it shaves will only improve the experience. Also, great service from Shane.. 5 stars.
