Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

The oatmeal raisin cookies are a hit!

We definitely enjoyed the oatmeal racing cookies and I’ve re-ordered. I got some for myself, and then my husband tried them and took half of mine. They are soft and chewy and richly full of flavor, tasted very fresh and satisfying and delicious. We like that they are vegan and I am thrilled that I have found a really delicious gluten-free cookie. They are sweet, but not too sweet for me, because the coconut that I think tempers your blood sugar to make the surgery, satisfying, dessert or snack. .

Excellent taste not over sweet nice and moist and yes the size of the cookie you could only eat half at one time but it is fantastic when I get back from my vacation I will buy more

I have many food, allergies, including chocolate. This cookie is unlike any other gluten-free product that I’ve eaten. It is very moist and delicious.
