Mexico Finca Las Cascadas, Delicious!

I purchased 5 lbs of green beans, then roasted 3 lbs last week; waited till this morning... EXCELLENT flavor and perfect "cupping". Each pound I did with different roast levels ranging from "city" to "full city+" nice color, excellent fragrance, bold taste black and quite satisfying to the last drop.
