Bump in the road

Ordered my coffee like I always do. . my son is the one who drinks it. When it came only got one box. I always order two. I had kept my recipes so I began emailing your company. Finally after 3 days I decided to call your customer service. There I got a lovely customer service woman. She helped me get the second box in its way. Don’t know why but only one box was delivered. She say my receipt for the two boxes. Anyway long story short. Yesterday got the second box and Justin son was most happy. Your company stands by its decision for good quality customer service.
