Better than just water.

Another great flavor that keeps me very well hydrated. Liquid IV dissolves easily and keeps me drinking my water. It's very refreshing and that alone is a great thing, but it's not the only reason to add this to your water. I definitely feel it's better than just water alone.

This is one of several flavors that I purchased for my son who spends a lot of time outdoors physically active. He has enjoyed every flavor he has tried.

I use 0. 5-1 packet/gal as a boost to my high sodium electrolytes to balance out the insulin release from the stevia-based formula of my high sodium electrolytes. The Firecracker flavor is good. I do wish it either had higher sodium or lower sugar per pack.
