Coffee Saves Roast

You can’t go wrong with BRC and make great coffee and then make so many different kinds you can’t help but find the one you like. I keep trying new ones. This was very smooth onto the next.

This flavor is our very all time favorite ! We’ve tried many flavors in past but we keep coming back to this one. To us this is a very stable no nonsense coffee. It’s the medium blend whole bean that I love to grind 👍

Great coffee but. . . . . . .

While I enjoy, and like, the Medium roast ground, I am thoroughly disappointed in the means of delivery. DHL is probably the worst form of shipment that I've ever experienced. BRC isn't the only company that I've had trouble with in using DHL for shipping so this isn't a one off. Before going on vacation I sent an "early delivery" on my next order so that I would have coffee when I returned in about 2 weeks. That order didn't happen and when checking it had been almost a month, at that time, that my order was still "in transit". Contacting BRC I emailed and was greeted by Ai which did no good so I found the company contact and sent them another email inquiring. That process took another 3 days before they responded with the anticipated "we're sorry". A week later I finally received my order. Sadly, I am now considering cancelling any future orders and switching to their competitor that Dan B. likes and highly recommends. Sad to go but this kind of service isn't to my liking. Oh, and this ISN'T the first time either.
