Great when it works

Connectors won’t stay connected & lose signal. It’s really annoying and no response from customer service after two email attempts on my part. Would like to know if this is a common issue or my cable is defective or if there is a fix for it… etc. Cable sounds great when it works but it seems like as my body heat warms it up it easily becomes dislodged and sometimes unplugs. Starts with intermittent signal. If there are flanges I can usually bend them out a smidge for a more solid connection.
