Consistently on of my favorite cuts. Tender and packed with flavor!! A home run everytime!

Amazing rack of pork!

I marinaded the pork in apple juice, honey and oregano for 24 hours then slow and low smoked it. It came out perfectly!

This is a great product. I bought two racks from the pop-up at BBQ Galore in Torrance. Plenty of meat on one rack to serve 4 adults. I recommend a second rack in case there is a big eater or you enjoy leftover. I will buy this product again.
