Plump Sausage

Picked up 5 different varieties. The apple was good, not as apply as expected but still good breakfast sausage. Louisana brand Andouille was excellent. I'll be buying a lot of that! Great by itself or in stew. 3 remaining to try, Hot-sweet Italian, Chorizo. I chose Yankee for sixe, quantity, flavor, you get what you pay for here. No more disappointments with 2 local farm groups. Worth the 40 mile drive!

The best bratwurst in the area. Great for the grill or just pan searing. Very flavorful. You’re missing out if you haven’t tried it yet.
