WARNING Don't open before mashing.

Don't open the bag before your ready to mash.. I had it sitting on my kitchen bench and found myself nibbling away at the "bacon barley" all the time as it smelt so good. A nice smoky round flavor came through on distillate.. cant wait to see how it ages on oak...
