Whiskey Malt

Great smokey malt. I used it for single malt whiskey . Mild smokey peat comes through nicely when used at 30% of total grist . Results in a milder style “scotch” whiskey , ages and finishes with well rounded flavours , mellow earthy smoke notes that doesn’t dominate the malt.
