Yummy! I love that the roasting makes the shells wide open and easy to separate. Flavor is sweet.

These are by far the best pistachios that I've ever had, and I've had A LOT! Crunchy and not overly salted. Even the best ones sold, for example, by Whole Foods are tasty enough, but mushy by comparison. BTW, I go through six pounds a month!
