Roasted Almonds (No Salt)

They can't compare with roasting the raw almonds myself

I have been buying raw almonds from Bella Viva and roasting them for 5 or 6 years now. I love the taste, and I love the texture. But it finally struck me that I didn't have to roast them myself, so I tried a package of the pre-roasted ones. They had a rather odd flavor and the texture felt off as well. Even when fresh out of the package, there wasn't much snap to them. So I'll just keep on doing my own roasting.
