Snake Oil, (better than Hydretain) Surfactant Root Moisturizing Compound, WATER LESS

Love this product. I have people on my block asking me questions about my beautiful green lawn.

I started using Snake Oil as part of a structured lawn care program on May 27th, and I can already see the difference. The lawn is visibly responding — color, texture, and overall health are all moving in the right direction, and it hasn’t even been that long. What I appreciate most is that it does what it says. I use it weekly as a surfactant alongside my fertilizer applications, and it’s clear the nutrients are actually getting absorbed rather than just sitting on top. My grass isn’t just surviving — it’s waking up. I do my own mixing and application with a backpack sprayer, and Snake Oil is easy to work with. Mixes clean, no issues. If you’re running a serious lawn program and not using a surfactant, you’re leaving results on the table. Highly recommend. Simple product, real results. I’ll be using this all season.
