Petratools HD4000 Battery Powered Backpack Sprayer

Love this product, so much better than the pump and carry sprayers ive been using for over 20 years, not to mention the customer service.

Superb Customer Service

Last spring I ordered the HD4000 backpack sprayer as an upgrade to my Stihl pump style backpack sprayer after having shoulder surgery. I received the sprayer and used it several time spraying weeds in our shelterbelt. I put it on a shelf in my heated shop for the winter. In April this year I grabbed it off the shelf and plugged it in to charge it and put it to use. Nothing, no lights, no pump noise, nothing. I emailed on a Sunday morning and got a response in about an hour and was corresponding with a couple different staff members that responded. We trouble shot the sprayer and found out the battery was dead. They got one shipped out to me and in about a week I was back in business! Appreciate the quick and helpful customer service!

Great Customer Service & Sprayer

I almost purchased a different sprayer before purchasing the HD 4000. The sprayer works great. After about a year I had a small problem with the sprayer wand. I emailed Customer service ( on a Saturday) and in just a few minutes they responded, diagnosed the problem and have a new spray wand on its way to me. Rare, very rare to get this type of service today. I won’t hesitate to buy from this company in the future.
