GCI Turf Blue Heat Grass Seed

Seeding the side of the house after some construction damage but used this seed last year! Best lawn between all of the neighbors!

Still coming in since seeding, and I wish I had a before picture to give it justice, but this stuff is the bomb; been using it for years and always will!

The 5 pound bag has left some spottiness, especially around the edge of the yard near the rock beds. It was a 1,100 sqft yard so I thought it should do the trick but I will need another. The seed came up great so far and looks fantastic where it's growing though.
