I haven't really used...

I haven't really used it long enough to know for sure but it's very convenient and I don't have to take another pill. I have used other B12 patches in the past and they helped so I have faith!

They stay put.

Too early to give an accurate assessment. The patches stay put. Would rather wait 2-4 weeks to give an accurate review. Seem to have more balanced energy and I am not dragging as I have in the past.
