B12 Energy Plus Vitamin Patch

I haven't really used it long enough to know for sure but it's very convenient and I don't have to take another pill. I have used other B12 patches in the past and they helped so I have faith!

I love how the patches make me feel. Lots more energy and less sluggish. But the adhesive on the patches is not very effective. Ive worn several different types of patches and they stayed on through workouts, showers, sweating outside, etc. These DO NOT! I even cleaned the area with alcohol to remove oils and the area was hair free. Even putting on and taking off my hoodie rips them off so you have to put them somewhere that you won't sweat and where nothing will touch them. I ended up having to secure them with bandaids 🤣 The substance on the patch is amazing but what good is that if you cant keep them on long enough to get the benefit. I will probably not reorder these and will try something else.
