Easy and Convienent

This is so easy to get my vitamins! I am terrible at remembering to take a pill. I simply stick this on my leg and go to bed. I do recommend switching your spots up, if you use the same spot it can get red from removing the patch. I can tell when I forget a night, I feel off.
