Forced Purchase

To be clear, I did not purchase this product. I had an automatic reorder of toner on record, Freebird substituted this without my permission. Product is OK, but way too expensive for what you get. No explanation for substitution, not sure of ethics of company, have suspended all reorders and business with Freebird pending their review.
