Uproot Washing Machine Cleaner Ultra

This atuff is awesome! Our Samsung washer is over 6 years old and we use Affresh in it regularly but it still funky even right after using Affresh to "clean" it. As soon as we got our Uproot order in the mail I popped 2 tablets in the washer and ran a clean cycle......that was the most disgusting water i have ever seen and I'm an appliance repair technician! Now our washer smells like it did the day we bought it. Oh and we have 5 dogs.

Idk if the product actually works or not. They're getting 1 star bc it was supposed to be shipped and delivered within a few business days. What they didn't disclose before ordering is that it was out of stock despite the website stating that it was in fact in stock. I attempted to cancel my order 2 and a half weeks after i placed it, I emailed the company and I received no response. A week after that the product still hadn't shipped, so i emailed again requesting for my order to be canceled. A week after that i received a notification that my order was on its way and i finally got a response that same day. Their solution was to give me free eye wipes or 10% off an order that should have been canceled 😒 Horrible customer service.

Took 2 weeks to ship the product. By time they shipped, I was 48 hours away from moving. I asked them 1 week after ordering to cancel my order because it wasn't going to make it in time. They didn't cancel, and in fact, responded to me a week later telling me it had shipped. Not only do they not work quickly, they also don't seem to monitor their customer service contact methods.
