Carrot Cake Keto Cookie Sandwich

I was skeptical and not expecting much like every keto baked good I've purchased but this one's a keeper! If you like carrot cake, and you're keto, this is one to try. It's not as sweet as standard carrot cake, which is okay with me, but the texture is perfect (the cake is moist and the icing is creamy). The important part is that it doesn't have that funky aftertaste you normally get with pre-packaged keto baked goods. If you're craving a (semi) sweet, soft, and moist baked treat, this is a must try.

I just was not expecting nuts to be in the carrot cookies. Apart from that, I thought it was very delicious, and very moist. I would buy them again.

These are swoonworthy. So good, I really DON'T want to give them 5 stars, because then other people might buy them and they won't all be waiting just for me. There is no aftertaste. The texture isn't weird. The filling is creamy and compliments the cookies well. You can taste the butter. I've tried a lot of keto friendly sweets, and these are the first that didn't remind me that they were a substitute for the real thing. These ARE the real thing.
