Absolutely incredible. It's nice bringing real hatch chile from New Mexico to Missouri

Popped open the medium and test tasted with the wife and we love it. So far added to steak fajitas, and homemade sausage egg and cheese breakfast burritos. Excellent addition to the flavor!

Fresh, thick and hearty, but not enough flavor.

I was a bit disappointed with the flavor after trying the 575 green chile sauce (more spices listed in the ingredients) which was AMAZING! This product did contain fresh chiles that were cut perfectly and was so thick with no water. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars.
