Not sure why this is called a toner, it is more a gel moisturizer

I bought this thinking it was more like a liquid essence, it is not, it is a gel moisturizer in a fancy pump. The packaging is beautiful and the product inside is very nice as well, I've used this in place of an essence I used to use and it makes my skin moisturized and smooth, so it is good.

if you have super sensitive skin tap this bad boy in, do not rub it. this method irritated my skin, once I started tapping it in it no longer burned. i love the pump on the product!

The answer for dehydrated skin
