I have dry skin and also have type 2 rosacea. One of the few toners that doesn’t irritate my skin. Will continue to purchase as there isn’t much reliable sellers for this brand!

i have extremelyyyy dry skin and this toner is the only one i have used that actually has provided the hydration i need. i do a few layers when i'm feeling extremely dehydrated, and it works like a charm! has been my go to for yearssss !
