Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner

A staple but not quite 5 stars

I continue to buy this. On bottle 5 maybe? It’s always my first toner after double cleansing. It occasionally foams up depending on what I layer on top. But most of the time plays well with others. I don’t have any complaints per se but I don’t know what it’s really offering me in terms of benefits.

Quick wake me up

I started using this to replace Beauty Water. Not as good, but I do like it. Its great if I want to leave the house with no makeup on. Instantly wakes up my skin . But I also use it as a cleanser + toner before anything else every morning (or when I don't have make up on).

My favorite toner EVER

This is my favorite toner I’ve used! It’s my first step toner (before the heavier ones). It makes my skin feel cleansed and has a smell that I’m obsessed with. It has licorice in it which is so misleading because it does NOT smell like black licorice candy which people might assume. It smells like a spa, I could take a bath in it. Ok enough said..
