Schuyler 18th Century Shoes (Green)

I already had a pair of very beautiful 18th C. shoes from American Duchess, which are the prettiest shoes I own, but had trouble with the heels sinking into the soft ground at the museums I volunteer for (also, as I am not used to heels, my feet would quickly become sore). These low heel shoes are beautiful and practical; I can traipse across soft ground with no difficulty, and the shoes are delightfully comfortable. And of course I love the way they look! I purchased a half size up; slightly big for my feet, but had no problems wearing them with my thinner stockings (the shoes did not fall off my feet), and will accommodate my thicker stockings well. Very good instructions too for attaching the shoe buckles.
