Great for boots with heels
I use these to prevent my feet sliding forward and they work very well. They’re comfortable too.

Shoe Pads
Unfortunately, my feet are about a measured one inch difference! Short of having to buy two pairs and have one wasted shoe from each pair, I always need pads to make the smaller foot have a fit! Most pads I've found are just foam that flattens quickly offering no assistance; however, I love these pads and they hold their support! I'm thinking of ordering more for shoes I have in the closet, but cannot wear .... that is until all my shoes are memery 😊 !
