Extremely disappointing experience. The items I purchased did not fit, so I followed the company's return process and sent them back at my own expense. What is advertised as a simple and straightforward refund process has been anything but. More than three months later, I am still waiting for my refund. Throughout this time, I have repeatedly provided proof of purchase, screenshots, my order details, tracking information, and delivery confirmation, only to be told there was no record of my purchase or return. The courier confirmed the package was delivered and signed for on 27 April, and I have supplied this evidence multiple times. Despite repeated apologies, the issue remains unresolved. Customers should not have to spend months chasing a refund, resending the same information, and proving a legitimate purchase over and over. This has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely inconsistent with the promises made on the company's website.

Love it, so easy to use and i can really feel it working.

Just started this stimulator. I like it and feel it’s much better with the remote control attachment. It has good controls for harder or softer. As I said I have only just started. I would like it to have a longer timer.
