Beautiful, quality product, which is the Cristel way. I like how versatile this piece is. I have the complete set of 1826 saucepans, and this steamer will work with all of them.
I’ve steamed sweet potatoes, squash, and reheated some leftover pork dumplings. Works like a charm, and is so efficient with my induction cooktop.
