Knife Sharpening class and Nakuri Knife purchase

The class was amazing and we can’t wait to try the knife skill class later this summer. However my Nakui knife purchase while amazing has a dull edge in the centre . It’s not a major issue and will be fixed once I finish collecting all the sharpening tools I was disappointed it came that way, I was hoping to have a few amazing months with the knife before it needed a good tune up. Perhaps it was because I chose the knife that was on display vs the other two.

Truly enjoyed this class. Perfect size and number of participants. All the equipment needed was available and there was more than enough room to complete the task and learning process a-hand Our instructor, Lucca, presently a friendly and knowledgeable suite of information both of a technical and hands-on practical nature. Can honestly recommend this class to anyone who should ask - it was great and my knife has never been sharper!
