Shun Premier 10" Chef's Knife

Great cooking utensil to work with

This utensil is a great addition to my kitchen, it looks good and at 10" gives me the freedom of movement to slice, dice and cut easier. I don't think I could go back to an 8" chef knife. This knife cuts so easy and is super sharp. Not to mention very beautiful to see in action
